I was always fascinated by animation and motion graphics and this is how it all began.
In 2002, when I was working as a product designer in Graz (Austria), I started to create visuals and perform as a VJ with my partner Diane Karner. First we played in clubs around the city but soon became active and known members of the scene, playing gigs across Europe, in Germany, Italy and later London (United Kingdom).
Our mantra always was to produce original and fantastic content and our work as video jockeys also lead to some music video and content production projects.
I quickly realised that my background, skillset and experience as a product/industrial designer is very valuable for motion related projects and once we moved to London in 2008 I made the jump into the motion industry as a freelancer, and I never went back.
And yes, I do like purple. A lot. Still do.
